During our breaks from Teen Vogue, we had time to do a couple others things. We got our shopping in early and made sure to stop at Occupy Wallstreet for a good portion of our first day. We ran into 5pointz as well, which was an awesome surprise!

I went exploring Highland Square (the little community I live in) a couple weeks ago, and found this absolutely beautiful home with a great flower garden in the backyard. Perfect spot to snap a couple photos..

While I was in Brooklyn I was able to stop at Beacon's Closet and snag these cool polka dot tights! Last week’s weather let me finally dress up and show them off.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve fallen in love with an item that was too expensive, but the artist/collector was willing to trade a couple pieces of jewelry for it instead. This week I went a little overboard and spent/traded way too much but! New York’s in 2 weeks so it’s worth it.
