My Craft Room

{{DIY’s are my favorite! }} *If I can make it, I won’t buy it!*
1. I took 6 old drawers and made them into bookshelves- painted to match my craft room :)
2. Tassel garland- despite being so time consuming, it turned out so pretty!
3. Terrariums are my absolute favorite! Donzell’s on East Waterloo Rd (Akron, Ohio) has the best stuff for all your DIY terrarium needs <3
4. Mason jars make a perfect storage container for all your pencils, buttons, paint brushes, etc.
5. Tissue paper pom poms! Youtube has a bunch of tutorials for these, cute & easy!
6. Sheets make perfect curtains if they’re sewn right :) I found this one at Goodwill for $1!

Exclusive TEEN VOGUE Editorial Floor Tour

{I'm a little bit late on this, but I totally forget to share it with you all!}

In the fall, I was accepted to the 6th Annual Teen Vogue Fashion University. I got to spend a weekend in NYC meeting some of elite fashion designers/heads in the industry. Alexander Wang, Betsey Johnson, Michael Kors, Linda Fargo, Tamara Mellon, and Whitney Port to name a few.

My favorite class of TVFU was the Exclusive TEEN VOGUE Editorial Floor Tour. Shiona Turini, the accessories director at Teen Vogue, was our tour guide. She took us into each room and gave a little description of everything that goes in there. My favorite part of the tour was definitely Amy Astley's office! Her book collection was to die for, and not to mention the interior design was mouth absolutely perfect. After the tour was finished, we were able to sit down with Shiona and her assistant for an in depth Q&A in the fashion closet.

One of the cool parts about the tour was having the chance to meet Shiona and her assistant, which just so happens to be a Teen Vogue University student herself!

1960s Vintage Smith Corona Typewriter

I wish this typewriter didn’t sell before I found it. I’d snatch it right up!

Flower Antlers

These antlers with flowers are all photographed by Kari Herer. I’ve been collecting antlers and skulls for a while now, and use them a lot of times with my jewelry setups. Happy I found these, I’m gonna try it for some of them…
